Dr. Charles Bogie III, MD, PhD, is a comprehensive ophthalmologist and cataract surgeon. Dr. Bogie completed a dual-degree program from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine. His residency was completed at Dean McGee Eye Institute, where he also served as residency program director.
Dr. Bogie has been practicing surgical ophthalmology in Oklahoma City for more than 20 years. He co-opened a state-of-the-art cataract surgery center, Cataract Institute of Oklahoma, in 2012, where he still performs surgery. His clinical interests include advanced cataract surgery, lens exchange, and urgent eye care.
Dr. Bogie lives with his wife in Oklahoma City and their twin boys, who are now enrolled at the University of Oklahoma. Dr. Bogie enjoys flying and restoring antique aircrafts in his spare time.
